Facility managers, assistant facility managers, site in-charges, supervisors, helpdesk leads, housekeeping and technical services managers, and admin or property managers in offices, malls, hospitals, campuses and residential societies.

Do I need to know coding?

No. You use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot, together with Excel or Google Sheets. If you use Excel and WhatsApp at work, you are ready.

How long is the course and when are the classes?

The course runs for 8 weekends, about 2 months. Each class is 2 hours, so you get 16 hours of live teaching. Batches run on Saturdays and on Sundays, and you join the one that suits you.
