These terms apply to enrollment in BAIC’s courses, training programmes and related educational services. Please read them alongside the course details and written enrollment offer before making payment.
1. Enrollment and course inclusions
Your course description and written enrollment offer specify the syllabus, delivery format, schedule, fees, access period and included support.
Enrollment is confirmed after successful payment verification and BAIC’s enrollment confirmation. Students must provide accurate contact information. Students under 18 must enroll through a parent or legal guardian.
2. Fees and payments
The total payable amount, applicable taxes and any compulsory additional charges will be disclosed before payment. Payments made through Instamojo are processed by Instamojo and its payment partners.
Any installment arrangement, including amounts and due dates, must be agreed in writing. An installment payment does not settle the remaining agreed course fee.
If money is debited without payment confirmation, contact BAIC with the transaction reference before paying again.
3. Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@buildaicareers.com, stating the student’s name, course name and payment reference. Eligibility is determined by when BAIC receives the email.
Initial refund window: You may cancel and request a full refund of a payment within three business days after making that payment. This window applies even if the first class has started and takes priority over the schedule below. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding banking holidays in India.
After the initial refund window:

Refund percentages apply to the amount actually paid toward the canceled enrollment, excluding any sums already refunded. The cutoff is measured against the scheduled start of the batch’s first class in Indian Standard Time, regardless of whether the student attends.
Duplicate successful payments will be refunded after verification. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. The bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds.
These cancellation limits do not restrict remedies available under applicable law for non-delivery, deficient services, misleading descriptions or other qualifying circumstances.
4. Cancellation or changes by BAIC
If BAIC cancels a programme before it begins, students may choose a full refund or an available alternative.
We will notify students of changes to the schedule, trainer or delivery arrangements. If a material change prevents delivery of the programme as agreed, BAIC will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund for undelivered services.
5. Classes, access and student responsibilities
Joining instructions and course access will be provided according to the timeline communicated before enrollment.
Students must arrange the equipment, internet connection and software requirements disclosed for their course. Recordings and replacement sessions are available only as specified in the course offer. Missing a scheduled class does not automatically create an entitlement to an individual replacement session.
6. Materials, recordings and conduct
Course access is for the enrolled student’s personal learning. Login credentials, course materials and recordings must not be shared, resold or publicly distributed without permission.
Students must respect instructors and other participants. Serious misconduct or unauthorized distribution may result in restricted access after review and a reasonable opportunity to respond, where appropriate. Any refund entitlement remains subject to these terms and applicable law.
7. Certificates and career support
Certificates, projects, mentoring and career support are included as described in the relevant course offer. Any completion or assessment requirements will be communicated before enrollment.
Placement assistance does not guarantee employment, interviews, promotion, salary increases or earnings. Specific written commitments made in the enrollment offer remain applicable.
8. Personal information
BAIC uses enrollment and contact information to administer training, provide support, manage payments and maintain required records. Payment processing is subject to Instamojo’s and its payment partners’ policies.
Use of a student’s testimonial, photograph or recording for publicity requires separate permission.

We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.
10. Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by Indian law. They do not remove statutory consumer rights or prevent students from approaching a competent consumer forum or authority.
The terms supplied at purchase apply to that enrollment. Later changes will not retrospectively reduce benefits already purchased.
