Enterprise experience, from IT to AI delivery
Gaurav has spent 15 years in enterprise technology. His career has included HCL, Accenture, HP and Wipro, and he now works as a Lead FDE with multinational clients.

Learning from real delivery work
Forward Deployed Engineers work close to customers and the problems they need solved. They bring engineering and business requirements together, then help put solutions into use.
Gaurav’s teaching focuses on practical work. Learners discuss projects, receive feedback and practise explaining their choices. In AI engineering, that can mean connecting a model to data and tools, checking its answers and thinking through what happens when a step fails.
For observability, the work can include using logs, metrics and traces to investigate an issue. The aim is to build skills learners can show in a project and discuss in an interview.
